differences in coming together of ingredients.

its weird yet amazing how doing things differently in recipoes bring such differetn results,like all the variations of sponges you can get and falvours and all the icings,fondants and al that stuff it all brings great results and all great different ones that that,mst of which ih vae to admit consues me somewhat.like how a torte is different from a brownie,when thy have that same swquidy look,ncw there are deff real difference i can soo see it,i mean the top is different the texture the way u seperate the eggs and u have mre flour.ok why did i say what the difference?all i mean is aaah i dnt no,they are so samey bt different and i cnt get my head round hw different ingrendietn come together like that,gosh im a girl in awe of mixed eggs.mar and flour(for a start i uttered the word marg nt butter sorry to all those people i have jst sinnded bt we do use sotrk marg nt butter)its hard to get unsalted where we are sorry.
and then theres the whats it called yes devils food cake and the jst every day choc cake.differecne pleas eimean i see difference bt what is the actual written down one!!makes sense,should i sht it yes bt when have i evr?!!then theres the cookie that come sout flatter or less cooked,or hw coca makes it different to real choc.and dutch process coco whats that?i think when i bake i know a bit of this and that,bt its when i see recipes and think what,when i realise i know nothihg and wish i did, i feel so lame.
