for ages it as been a dream of mine!!

down the road from us there is a house n the corner that has come up for sale..its a cute little thing, right on the cornerand it lks mre cottagie than others in the area nw s its nice.
my mum has lived in our vilage since she was allwed home from hosptial lol so she saw it when it was in a better state(a car drove into it and it fell in on one wall)it was fixed bt it was damaged, when she was a girl it was a tuck shop, selling all the sweets you get in the big jars, you know old fashoined liqurice and pear drops,gummy bears, strawberry laces and sherbets.(there is actually one opned up in a nearyb village and its amazingly popular like stepping back in time with these bag and measures and wall to floor old sweet its great!!) this got me and mum on to talking, which we always do about our dream.
since forever we have always wanted to open up a little place like a cafe/deli or something like that,when kamie oliver comes on tele we alays make some commet or other on why he hasnt bought us a place yet like he did for that guy in one of his series'.
we got so excited and didnt hold back lol!!we planned everything from where we would have seating like in a starbucks alone one side of the wall where the window was,and how we would sell seasonal stuff,opening at breakfast time to sell waffles and baps and those indiviudal packed cereal, fruit salads, smoothies,and as we got mre popular lots mre things like pancakes and stuff with seasonal produce, eahc week we would have a theme or a jst things celebrated whats in season at that point, like stawberry week, with starberry ice cream,cakes, muffins and compots, then easter weeek,and then on to people suggesting what they want to be our main them for the week from warming stews to usa week and chocolate lovers weeks all these things so unrealistic but in our fluttery hearts, then in the summer we would clear all the counters out and seel ice-creams and mre light fruit stuff with baguettes and pasta,salads and things, then in winter warming hotpots and pasties and things, there would always be pastries and cake on sale and sweets and stuff too, it was also about getting people to enjoy food and look after themselves...my mum used to work at the juniors shchool in our area and its such an issue where the kiddies either cnt afford,dnt have time or the effort made for them to eat good stuff or at all so it also came into our minds about needin to help there to by making good food and deals and stuff.
the place also comes with a patio area so we would open that up in summer.
and then as things came on we would get our own little van and deliver baguettes an bread and meals and stuff to people that cnt get up the hill to us,like in france where the bread man as we call him comes round the cmaplsite each day ringing his bell.

you see where our minds go when we let them,we got so excited it was as if we were doing it lol...its sad to come back to earth.

we have always wanted to do this though,in the uk or france or anywhere. we both know it will infact nvr happen, nt jst in the sense that mmm maybe in the future, no we wnt be doing it, we could nvr afford to go at it like we would need,and in our area people arent really focused on that lol,sometimes mre focused on driving the cars into these places!!
bt we can dream, jst like we do about moving abroad, or moving to a lovely place in the country.
its nice to dream isnt it!!..
